| How
Much Does Psychotherapy Cost? |
| |
That depends on several factors:
- If we accept your insurance, your cost will depend on
your insurance company. Some require you to pay nothing. Others
require you to pay a portion of the fee each session (called a "co-
pay"). Others require you to first meet a deductible. If so,
you will have to pay the full fee for the service until you meet your
deductible. That full fee will be the rate we and your insurance
company agreed on (the "negotiated rate"), which varies by
insurance company. Our insurance professionals will let you know
before your first appointment what your insurance will cover and how
much (if any) you will need to pay.
- If you do not have insurance (or choose not to use it),
your fee will depend on which of our counselors you see. You can expect your fee to range between $60 and $125,
depending on the counseling services you select. Of course, you will
be informed before your first appointment what the cost will
be.
